We are looking for additional Team members to provide solutions through the following progressive positions based in our Thunder Bay

Structural Design Drafter
Member of or eligible for membership in OACETT. Experience
in industrial sectors is preferred including mining, pulp and
paper, or power industries. You may be assigned as a team leader
responsible for conceptual layouts and detailed engineering
drawings on a wide variety of industrial projects.
Mechanical Department
Supervisor
Applicants must have a minimum of 10yrs experience as a mechanical engineer working in Pulp & Paper, Mining, Power Generation, Commercial or Consulting and must be available for full-time employment. Primary responsibility will be coordinating a mechanical engineering department including designers and engineers. You will develop cost estimates for proposals, plan manpower allocation, and performance reviews. You will be expected to be involved in projects as a technical rep or project manager.
Structural Engineer
Professional Engineer eligible for licensing in Ontario with a
minimum five years of experience in design of industrial or
institutional structures. You will be assigned to a wide variety
of projects with responsibility for design, scheduling, and
budgets. Knowledge of the mining, pulp and paper, and utilities
industry and previous experience in a consulting office are
assets. Electrical Designer
You are highly motivated with 5 to 15yrs of experience in
the Pulp & Paper, Mining or Process Industries for this full
time salaried position. Duties to include liaising with clients
and taking a leadership role in the development of electrical
design on power distribution and automation projects. Experience
in Project Management, PLC and DCS Automation, and
Instrumentation, are all assets that will be considered.
Highway/Traffic Engineer
Professional engineer licensed in Ontario with a minimum of 10-12yrs of direct experience working on Ontario Ministry of Transportation highway design projects. Your experience should include transportation planning, highway design and traffic engineering.
